MONROVIA – Liberian President Joseph Nyuma Boakai departed the capital, Monrovia, on Sunday, July 5, for an official working visit to Türkiye, where he is expected to hold high-level bilateral talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to the Liberian Presidency, the discussions will focus on strengthening diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries. Key areas of cooperation will include trade and investment, infrastructure development, healthcare, education, agriculture, energy, and technical cooperation.
