ABUJA — Nigerians seeking admission to universities abroad can now apply for the 2026 EducationUSA Nigeria Opportunity Fund Programme, which supports students aiming to study in the United States.
The programme provides assistance to qualified applicants pursuing higher education opportunities in the U.S., including guidance on applications, admissions processes, and related support services.
According to the announcement, applications are open until June 30, 2026, giving prospective students time to complete and submit their forms before the deadline.
EducationUSA, a U.S. government-supported network, works with students globally to provide information about studying in American colleges and universities, including academic advising and scholarship opportunities.
Officials encourage eligible Nigerian students to apply early and take advantage of the programme’s resources to improve their chances of gaining admission abroad.
