BARI — Puntland Security Forces (PSF) have reportedly taken control of Hafun district in Bari region following a period of heightened military activity and rising tensions between rival security factions.
Sources familiar with the situation said forces linked to the Dani administration withdrew from the coastal town as pressure increased, creating uncertainty over the security situation in the area.
